Custom E-learning Development for Healthcare Company

Problem

The client requested custom e-learning development, an internal Enterprise LMS platform, which enables online access for registered users to the knowledge library and training with easy-to-use CMS and users’ activity tracking.

Ergonized created a custom LMS portal with SSO authorization, where we developed different areas with access to training classes and assessment tests, articles, frequently asked questions, and profiles with users’ activity index on the front end.

Backend management showcased custom content management of lessons, knowledge library, articles, and categories, as well as user activity management and progress tracking panel.

Impact

After portal creation, internal training and testing of employees were partially automated. The possibility of tracking users’ activity provided data to monitor the progress of internal education. With easy access to library and online testing, employees were equipped with better accessibility to knowledgebase, which resulted in a deeper awareness of work processes, and led to higher performance
