Lead Management Software

The main goal for our client was to increase the workflow speed. We needed to optimize the Telemarketing Department software the way their performance could bring itself to more efficient level.

Once answering a phone call, an Agent should have got a possibility to quickly redirect it to a Closer, using Five 9 Autodiler and Fonality IP telephony. It was a rather challenging task, since the client’s standard CRM system had no options for creating Sales Teams with the relevant hierarchy. Together with that, Ergonized must have developed leads appointment system, which would hold even the hardest working load.

Solutions

We came with a custom solution, which fulfilled all the aspects of the customer’s needs. We concentrated on creating the system, which would help to handle more leads and hence to expand the Telemarketing Dept.

In result we implemented a bunch of improvements:

  • Lead Management system to organize and keep an account of leads
  • Team Builder to create and manage Sales Teams
  • Productivity Report system to keep an account of a Team’s efficiency
  • Campaign Manager to control and analyze marketing campaigns
  • Fonality integrated to keep track of the phone conversations
  • Five 9 integrated to automatically distribute leads in the lead system
  • Internal Chat to promptly redirect leads
  • Lead Distribution system integrated to appoint leads to Closers due to their qualification and availability
  • Alert System to notify of unprocessed leads
