Our Salesforce Support Models
As for the businesses that require updates and modifications on their Salesforce solutions, our team offers two different cooperation models:
- Monthly support with fixed price. We agree with a fixed amount of hours per month and you pay a monthly fee. Our administrators and developers are always available for instant fixes. If you need additional hours above the agreed scope we will charge hourly by time and material model.
- On-demand support. This model includes processing change by client’s requests. Salesforce administrators and developers initiate changes after they get approved by the IT managers on client’s side.
