  • Monthly support with fixed price – We agree with a fixed amount of hours per month and you pay a monthly fee. Our developers are always available for instant fixes. If you need additional hours above the agreed-upon scope we will charge hourly by time and material model.
  • On-demand support. This model includes a processing change at client request. Salesforce administrators and developers initiate changes after they get approved by the IT managers on the client’s side.
